The Supplementing Process

1. Request Submission
Once onboarded, you will have access to our intuitive request form. Upon completion of this form, we will assign your service request to be fulfilled.

2. Estimate Prep & Sending
Your assigned OneScope representative will prepare a supplemental scope to submit to the applicable insurance carrier on your behalf.

3. Follow Up
Your OneScope representative will follow up with the insurance carrier to ensure the supplement is addressed (and approved) in a timely manner.

4. Supplement Review & Completion
Upon receipt of an acceptable revised estimate from the insurance carrier, your OneScope representative will provide you a copy of the revised estimate along with a supplement summary.
